What You’ll Be Responsible For

Managing high-volume inbound calls
Supporting caregiver scheduling and urgent escalations
Responding to chat and email requests
Accurately documenting every interaction
Following structured communication protocols

Performance is measured daily on attendance, call quality, accuracy, efficiency and
professional tone.

Requirements

40+ WPM typing speed
Strong verbal communication
Ability to multitask under time pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required

24/7/365 operation
Weekends and holiday availability required for all roles
